Archery for Children?

Does anyone know where children can do archery? We were away at the weekend and my son tried archery and loved it. I have no idea where to start to look to find somewhere you could just pop in or book in advance for some fun? TIA x

Hi, I'm in the West Lothian area, don't know how far you'd be prepared to travel but I believe the Beecraigs country park (by Linlithgow) used to offer archery.

I suggest contacting the Lowport Centre in Linlithgow,
Tel:01506 775390, Fax: 01506 775399, or

Email: [email protected]

They arrange outdoorsy stuff, perhaps it depends on where you live but you could ask if there's anything suitable which your DCs could access.

www.scottisharcherycentre.co.uk/

These guys do demonstrations at the Museum of Flight and were really good with my boys!

Thanks for the suggestions. Good ones to look into.
