Hi my hubby and I are looking to move closer to durham from Gateshead. We are struggling to sell our house and so have looked at some new builds that we cld part ex on. We have found a lovely house in a small estate in catchgate/annfield plain. We like the rural location but aren't really sure about the area and what it is lie to live there. We are both professionals and would comment to work in the future we hope to have children and would need primary schools etc before we maybe were able to move again. Any advice would be welcome thanks.
