Post-natal Depression (PND) group is a five week course of treatment for new mothers who are experiencing symptoms of post-natal depression. Course content includes:
Session One: Psycho-education about PND and a chance to network with other new mothers.
Session Two: Challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviour
Session Three: Coping strategies. Advice about sleeping and feeding.
Session Four: Relaxation techniques including Baby Massage
Session Five: Pampering session for mothers
