Hi My name is Michelle, I am a local doula and I run the South Staffs Positive birth Movement and Birth Choices group.
This group is set up to empower women to trust in themselves and their bodies when birthing their baby's "You can do it!"
These days we are told so many horror stories when it comes to childbirt and this group is set to to give the other side.
