Street Dancing/Breakdancing - for a five yo boy

Hi all

First time post.

My son is sadly lacking in extra-curricular activities whilst my daughter has three on the go. He's tried jnr rugby training (abandoned within an hour) and has refused to go to football training. He's only turning 5 at the end of this month, so he's the youngest in P1 and quite small in comparison to his peers - this might have something to do with him not being so interested in rugby and football.

He's got great natural rhythm though, loves music and dancing around the house. I've heard there are street dancing classes for kids but I'm really looking for someone who can recommend one as being particularly good.

We live in Silverknowes, so something this side of town would be ideal.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

I haven't tried these, but Step it up dance have classes in the north of edinburgh, and I think Edinburgh Leisure do too (eg at Ainslie Park). And I know of Dnacebase too, think they have places in Leith and Grassmarket. My ds loves dancing too, but has enough classes on the go already!
Is he at school yet, as they will have other classes on offer to tempt him. Or what about swimming? A star sports do a 'general' ball game session, might prefer it to rugby or footie.

Quite a few friends with boys keep raving about here. It took my son until he was 6 to start happily doing activities and he's an October birthday.
