Pilates Classes

Hi,

Are there any pregnancy pilates classes in South Cambridge (around the Trumpington area)?

Try this in Little Shelford.

How about central Cambridge (as near to Mill Rd as possible)?

I go to the Bodywise Studio on Gwydir Street (off mill road, town side of the railway bridge) for my regular (non-pregnant) pilates. www.bodywisestudio.co.uk/index.htm. They didn't do pregnancy classes when I was pregnant but they have a new lady there now who does so take a look. It's lovely there. I did the Shelford pregnancy pilates and that was great too, but would probably look at Gwydir Street if ever needed to again.

That's great - thank you. The website seems to say the classes are during the day on weekdays which isn't ideal as I work but I'll call them to see if they have any evening/weekend classes.

I know there was a pregrancy yoga class in Cambridge in the evenings -
