What is Cambridge missing?

Hi All,

Just wondered if you had any burning thoughts on what Cambridge is missing (if anything!). Are there any goods or services that you've experienced elsewhere that you would live to see here?

To get started, I'm finding that the choice of children's shoes leaves me scouring the Internet instead!

Any thoughts?

The park and ride orgs in and out of Cambridge are excellent. What is needed is a lower charge when parking in Cambridge! The parking charges at Addenbrookes Hospital are outrageous!

Don't forget if you've got an appointment at Addenbrooke's to collect a yellow car park ticket at the main desk which keeps the cost down.

yellow card, eh? Didn't know that. Thanks. But what do you do with the car while collecting the car?

Has anyone been to Aromi on Benet Street yet? Cambridge finally has a true Italian cafe. I would say that it's by far the best and most authentic Italian food I've ever had outside Italy. It's truly amazing albeit massively overpriced

Aromi is lovely but always absolutely rammed.

Kawamura, you park as usual, keep the white ticket you get on entry, and then on your way out you can show your appointment letter at reception and they will give you a yellow car park ticket to use instead when you pay on exit. Sometimes they take the white one from you, sometimes they don't bother. That way you only ever pay £3 (I am pretty sure it is £3, not 100%).
