Maternity nurses or doulas on the Island

Hello,

I am having a baby later this year and husband and I considering some extra help after the birth. I know it is easy to find mat nurses or post natal doulas in London (where I used to live) but I moved to Cowes a little over a year ago and don't know much about the island yet. If anyone knows of any mat nurses or doulas (or if there even are any at all here) or has any tips as to where/who I might find one through I would be super grateful.

Have you tried asking at the maternity unit, or your midwife? I'm a midwife but I work in Portsmouth so don't really know what goes on here.
