Host Family: which language schools best to work for?

I'm hoping to start hosting foreign language students. Ideally we'd like two students at a time, so need a fairly big school. Would prefer young (ie late teens/twenties rather than mature students as we are a young family). We live off Hills Rd so well located for plenty of the schools. Who pays the best, is nicest to deal with and can provide two students at a time?

We used to get students from Bell. They are probably the best known and we always had lovely ones, all ages too.
