One of the biggest issues that face women when they have young children is meeting other people. You might have tried a mother and toddler group, or joined in a baby signing class, but sometimes it is just great to get away from the kids and have an evening out.
If you are new to the area, or are finding that you have drifted apart from the friends you had before you had kids, then it can be difficult to make new friends.
Mumsnet Local will be organising meet-ups in the areas of Dundee, Angus and Fife. Right now we are recruiting Local Ambassadors to help set these meetings up, and to get the ball rolling we are organising a meetup for MNetters in the area - whether as Local Ambassador, or just to come along and meet some new people.
We will be meeting at 8pm on Fri 1st February, exact venue to be decided.
