Thanks for the feedback.
Would love to run the courses for the local group and tailor them to the specific needs of parents.
My own "children" are now in their twenties and the early years and teens are still fresh in my mind. I we only had known about mindfulness at the time...
Importantly, once the course is finished, we will have a group that will act as a support group for each other and can reach out to others.
