I don't understand what this board is for?

Ok so if you have a particular skill (example knitting??!!) that you'd like to share you could post it on here and if someone else has one (example cupcake decorating??!!) you could meet up and swap your skills. Clear as mud.....????!!!!

I used random examples I know but it could be computer skills like excel if someone is trying to get back to work or something like that.
