I found out about this great fitness class from a Mum at school.
It's Ladies only with a qualified instructor funded by Derby city council.
The class consists of Aerobic/ body conditioning Abs works, sometimes with hand weights but always a FULL body workout.
It's for ALL abilities and age groups, can work at intense level or pace yourself.
I feel the effects for a couple of days after so I know it's working!
£2 per class pay as you go, just turn up!
