Ware secondary schools

We are planning to move to Ware and originally I had set my heart on Presdales for my daughter. However the house we love is slightly closer to The Chauncy school and so there would be the chance she would get in there. The OFSTED looks positive but would welcome any local feedback/thoughts about both.

Presdales has a good reputation and is seen almost as a Girl's grammar school. The only bad thing I can say has nothing to do with its academic record, and that is it is a real pain to pick up and drop off close to the school. Chauncy has in recent years been making a really good name for itself with community projects and its academic record. To be honest you can't go wrong with either.
