Hi there I moved from Newcastle to Stokesley in September with my husband and 2 year old son and I'm really struggling to make new friends. My husband works until midnight 6 days a week so it's just me and our son. I've joined a few babygroups but outside of them I know nobody. I was just wondering if anyone is or was in the same situation and if they are close to Stokesley and maybe fancy meeting for a cuppa and making new friends :-) Louise

Hi, I moved up to Middlesbrough nearly 4 years ago from Nottinghamshire and have struggled to make any friends. I'm in Nunthorpe and have a 3 year old son and a 22 month old daughter. I don't have any family near me either, only the in-laws. Feel free to message me.

Hi my name is Lisa Im 25 and have 2 children , I grew up in Plymouth and met my now husband down there. He is from Middlesbrough but was in the navy in Plymouth and when we had our first child we decided to move to Middlesbrough. this was 4 years ago. I lived in Redcar (just outside Middlesbrough) until recently and now live in Middlesbrough. I have not made any friends, I find it really hard to make friends and don't know why? does anyone have any advice please.
