New Beginnings - Support group for new parents - Crediton

New Beginnings is a support group provided by Crediton Area Children's Centre for new parents to socialise and share their experiences of parenthood. Each week we focus on a particular topic of interest, such as baby massage, first aid and sleep. The group is led by the health visiting team and attendance is by invitation only.

Working since 2003, and now exclusively with women, I work through issues surrounding turmoil, anxiety, confidence, addictions, stress, family pressures and problematic relationships including psychological issues and fear associated with pregnancy and birth - using Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Therapy and Psychology in combination, formulated exclusively for the individual needs of each client or in a group format.
