Mellow Parenting is a 14 week course designed to support families with relationship difficulties with their infants and young children. Each day is structured into segments where the parent and child / children join separate groups, coming back together for lunch and a joint activity. The children's nurture group will be run by experienced play workers. Mellow Parenting combines personal support for parents with a video and direct work with parents and children on their own parenting issues.

Yes if you have at least one child of pre-school age
Yes if you live in the West Exe area of Exeter and are able to get to the Children's Centre.
Yes if you don't mind you and your child being videoed, as this is an integral part of the course.
