Beacon's Heath Children's Centre run a Speaking Up parenting course for parents and their children. The course will cover a range of topics including stress management, presentation skills, career planning and active citizenship.
These topics will provide you with the skills to have greater influence over decisions that affect your life, increased personal self confidence and a broader understanding of the ways to engage in your community.
