Mellow Parenting is a 15 week, one day a week group designed to support families with relationship problems with their children under 5. The group combines personal support for parents with personal video and direct work with parents and children on their parenting problems.
Mellow Parenting is an evaluated programme which has shown to be effective in helping parents with children under 5 make lasting changes in their maternal wellbeing, parent child interaction, child behaviour and child development.
