Become a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter
Enfield Children's Centres have commissioned the NCT to train up to 24 women to provide breastfeeding support through local Children's Centres and hospitals. Once qualified, Peer Supporters will be asked to volunteer between one and five hours a week to work with mothers in their area.
The programme will start in January 2013 and you will have the opportunity to gain an Open College Network qualification as a result of undertaking the training. Training will take place at one of Enfield's 23 Children's Centres and a creche will be provided.
