Nanny share Ealing from jan/feb 2013.

I'm looking for a nanny for 2 days per week (Monday and Thursday) from Jan/Feb next year. I have 2 kids. Daughter will be 3 in March and son will be 1 in March. Anyone got a nanny they'd like to share or interested in hiring one between us?
Based between Ealing Broadway and South Ealing.
