Just started a group near Horsham for Pony Mad Mums! Those of us who used to ride as kids, lost confidence, can't find the time etc... There is a little piece about this new venture in this week's West Sussex Gazette in the Sussex Horse World section. Pony Mad Mums is offering private lessons on quality homebred ponies, in a peaceful, non competitive enviroment. One to one tuition, and time afterwards in the 'pony room,' to relax with a cup of tea, and homemade cake with a stash of pony books and the latest horsey mags. Some mums just want to walk on their first lesson, some want a peaceful hack, or just to be around ponies grooming and cleaning tack. No pressure, regain confidence at your own pace. Can arrange round childcare/wkends, and small indoor school so you can still ride if it rains...
