Mine are 11, 12 and 15 but all teens really i think!

my DD had teenage tantrums till 15, say your peace, shut the door and let them scream and cuss, after an hour they are all worn out, do NOT start it up again, make out like nothing happened. We have to be the one not to hold a grudge.

Mine doesn't really do tantrums to be fair, but he does sulk with a vengeance. But he is a good kid most of the time so I should be grateful. I also have a seven year old boy who is a bit of a worry to me - bright as anything but in a world of his own most of the time.

Bean, your 7 year old is my 15 yo.
He is fab, no tantrums as such, helpful, but just away with the fairies i think. Happy in his own world, doesn't like mixing with peers. I have been assured he will be fine, but i worry
