Newly separated support

Is there any support groups for newly separated ladies?

I'm just starting this journey (as the dumpee) after 15 yrs together and would be up for some RL support from others who have the 'map' and can prove there is life after being dumped.

I was excited to read your post as I'm starting a Belfast support group for parents who are separated/ separating/ going through custody-related legal proceedings.

I'm new to Mumsnet though so not exactly sure how it works but my idea is to meet some people going through the same experiences/ nightmare/ hell ;-) on here & then hopefully meet up for coffee in real time ;-)
