Welcome to the revamped Mumsnet Local Islington site! We really hope you like it and find it much easier to use.
As you can see, local talk is finally up and running, so now we can all natter to our hearts content.

You may have spotted that there are a few other parts of the site that need ironing out, but rest assured that the lovely tech team are on it.

So, introductions - we are your local editors (jumpinfish & inreallife) and we are here to fill the site with loads of great info, ? but any help from you guys would be great. Give your opinion, add any local hot tips, venues, things to do... We want to make this site the place to go for anything and everything that?s happening in the borough.

Just a few pointers - anyone can add a listing by clicking the pink Add a Listing button, and having a local name means you can rant away on the main site without anyone knowing who you are when you come back home.

We?re also on Facebook and Twitter, so do like and follow us and we will post and tweet whenever anything interesting is going on. And there's a simplified version of this site for smart phones - very handy when you're on the go.

This site is for all us local mums (and dads), so do let us know what info works for you.

Bye for now. X

Sorry to bother you here in the wrong place, Jumpin Fish, but please can you tell me how I get in touch with you/the organisers of Mumsnet Islington, with an advertising query related to the Islington site only? Do you have an e-mail address? I can only see a general Mumsnet one.

Thanks very much

Both Jumpinfish and myself, inreallife, run the Islington site.
You can email us both at [email protected] and one of us will get back to you. We'll happily answer your questions or arrange a call if you prefer.
