What to do in Knutsford?

Hello,

I am visiting Knutsford in a couple of weeks with my 9mth old baby and I am not familiar with the area at all.
I could do with ideas about where to go, where to eat that's baby friendly and the best places to park.
I was thinking about going to Tatton Park, but as I am going on a Monday most of the place seems to be shut. Could always have a walk around the grounds, but could do with a wet weather plan!

Any ideas and suggestions gratefully received!
