Nanny share near Alexandra Park?

Hi
We live near Alexandra Park overground station and have one baby son.
We are looking for a local family with one child of a similar age to share a nanny with. We are looking at 3-4 days a week (days flexible) on the same days so the babies have the company of each other, from January 2013 (when our son will be 1).
We know some local families but none will need childcare at the same time as our son - we are very keen than he should have continuity of care and therefore hope to find a family who has similar needs/timings as us.

Also if anyone already has a nanny but has a spot opening up soon or if anyone can reccommend a good childminder local to n22 i would really appreciate it! We are looking at a few options and have found two childminders in particular that look good on paper, but will need to make a decision within the next month. Would greatly appreciate any advice!
