Asda Xmas ad - what do Hillingdon mums say?

Have you seen the Asda Xmas ad? Realistic or time to fire the Asda PR team?

A little on the cheesy side for my liking but I think the overall backlash was a bit OTT. Interestingly, did you know that was filmed in our very own backyard? Near the Waitrose in Ruislip. A house along a nearby road was covered in 'snow' and christmas trees for a few days - quite a talking point!

I found the backlash ott too really, it wasn't that bad at all. The morrisons ad is worse, the mum moaning how stressful everything is - not very 'festive'!

Sadly, I did identify a bit with the Asda mum - as I do tend to go OTT with Xmas and my husband's not in the least interested. How funny that it was actually filmed right under our noses.
