The Surrey Friendship Bench?

Hi.... just wondering if:

1. anyone is "in charge" in any form or shape with the Surrey local site - are tsarinas still around? do we have a local editor?
2. is there a set Friendship Bench - is it a tread / webpage?
3. if the answer to the above is no we don't have one for Surrey - can we / should we create one?
