Moving to Cardiff ,Schools and Apartment

I am moving back from Asia after over 20 years .
I have 2 children age 12 and 10
Can i ask for suggestions on appartments to rent only as wife doesnt want a house.
Also what are the best areas for schools please , like busy areas etc

Apartments aren't so common in Cardiff. You will find lots available in Cardiff Bay, but it's a soulless area not great for kids imho.

I love the apartments at Hensol Castle Park which is part of a sporting resort where the Welsh rugby and football teams are based, but that's about 10 miles from city centre - not sure if there are any big enough for a family to rent.
