My little boy needs his hair cut for the first time at the tender age of 18 months (about time!). Can anyone recommend a child-friendly salon or a hairdresser/barber who is really good with toddlers? I can't imagine my son sitting still for very long with a pair of scissors coming at him!
Where I used to live there were a couple of salons called 'His 'n' kids' aimed at children and dads so they had seats with steering wheels, tv screens etc to keep kids occupied while having hair cut. They also got hair in a special envelope and a certificate for their first hair cut, which is really sweet. Anywhere like that here?
I'm looking for Nottingham / Mansfield area please.
