Can anyone recommend any welcoming and friendly groups in the area? Ds has just turned one and we haven't been before. Do I need to phone ahead and book a space?

A lot of friends have recommended St Thomas's on Glasgow Road. I know a few people who go to St Ninians too. Not sure if you you need to book ahead x
