Recommendations for letting agents in Edinburgh?

Planning to rent out my 2 bed flat in the Trinity area soon. Can anyone recommend a good letting agent I can use ?

Hi I use Southside Property Management, I have rented my flat through them for 3 years now and found them to be professional amd helpful. I have a dedicated property manager which is great if I (or my tenants) have any queries, best of all they have found me quality tennants. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Little Johns. We use them to rent a house out in South Edinburgh and they have been super. Would not recommend Retties for so many reasons!

Avoid DJ Alexander - good for tenants, NOT good for landlords

I second to avoid DJ Alexander, also avoid James Gibb.

We rent through Northwood and they're really good. They're good at communication which we find is often missing in a good agency.

I use Dunpark, they seem ok so far.

Avoid Umega at all costs. We had numerous issues with them. They place any old tenant without doing proper checks. Be warned!

I'd recommend Click-Let at the bottom of Leith Walk. I'm a long-term renter & private Landlord & they're good from both perspectives.

As an owner occupier who lives in a stair with rented flats all I can say is little johns needs to have a serious word with itself about how it vets its tenants - pure scum!
