Worthing schools

Just agreed a rental on a house in Worthing. It's in Thomas A Beckett catchment but they're full.

County are being seriously unhelpful and are refusing to offer us a school until we've actually moved.

All they'll say is that the following school might have places: Durrington First and Middle, the Orchards Middle and Field Place First and The Vale school in Findon.

Does anyone know anything about these schools?

Thanks

There are no really bad schools in worthing, just some slightly better than the others. Of those on offer i would go for in order of preferance
The orchards
field place
the vale
Durrington

There is also St marys but that is catholic and unless you are practising you are very unlikely to get a place

Hi
I recently moved to Worthing and am starting to think about a school for my little Munchkin and was wondering if anyone had any advice..
Also any advice a out baby clubs etc would be helpful, I was in London and had some really lovely Mummy friends and great play groups.
My little one is nearly 2 and he loves to get out.
Thanks x
