Mums in Penarth

I'm about to move to Penarth next week with my 10month old and know no-one in Cardiff and therefore am worried for my sanity! Does anyone have any tips about local meet ups/groups in the area?

Lovely lovely place. My friend lives there and I believe there is a toddler group in Albert road church on a Monday and Friday morning.
