What are BabyCalm classes?

I saw an advert for BabyCalm classes at Heaven in Nutfield starting next week. Does anyone know what they involve?

Hi, I run the BabyCalm classes at Heaven.

The course starting on 24th September is a 4 week (8 hour) course, designed for new mothers and babies. The aim of the course is to help you understand your baby better so that they are calmer and you are happier. We look at various topics such as feeding, bonding, colic, baby, constipation and wind in babies, lack of sleep, as well as learning baby touch therapy - a unique light baby massage routine developed by BabyCalm. You go away with loads of useful tips. Hopefully it?s lots of fun too.

I chose to run the course at Heaven, which is between Redhill and Godstone, because it?s a simply gorgeous place to spend time and for this course they are providing us with a yummy lunch.
