I'm a new step mum who has recently moved in with partner. He has two wonderful kids aged 9 and 4. The 4 year old has a condition called prada willi syndrome (Katie price son Harvey has same condition).
We have started to have them staying over and over for tea weekdays but the oldest is becoming reluctant as she has no friends in Leeds and when at home in halifax that's what she does most is play with her friends. Thomas loves being here but Lizzi is taking more and more hissy fits over staying more than anything due to her friends not being here. We have said they can stay sometimes but not every weekend we have them, is that bad?
I would love for her to make friends in Leeds but do not know where to start can anybody please help me and advice me on where to go or do on this matter.
