We are looking for young people and mums in the Fife area who would like to learn a particular craft or skill. If you want to learn to bake, knit, sew, crochet, whatever it might be, even if you just want to learn how to take up a pair of trousers or wire a plug then please get in touch. We are trying to connect young people with older people in the community who can pass on their valuable skills.

We can arrange for you to meet and complete your project at what ever time / pace suits you.

Thanks Susjeff, this is a great initiative! I'm sure there are lots of mums out there who would love to learn new skills but don't know where to start. I've been looking into evening classes to learn something new or at least learn more about the skills that I already have but so far haven't found anything that either matches what I want or isn't really expensive!
So come on mums, now is your chance to learn that skill you have been talking about!
