Hi,

I wanted to update our information here as we have a new venue for some of our meets.

We are a group of parents who carry our babies and toddlers with a wide variety of slings, carriers and wraps. We have fortnightly indoor meets and there are often mini meets in parks/cafes too. Lots of chat and cake as well as advice and help with carrying or wearing your LO.

Our website is here and we have a busy Facebook group too. (The FB group is closed, but only because we have lots of photos of our children so just ask to be added and we'll do it)

Our next meet is on the 4th September at the Megacentre on the Parkway at 1.30pm. We are lucky to have Natasha from Sheffield Sling Library coming along to our Megacentre meets. All the details are on the website and FB group. The library has it's own site and group for even more information or to ask to see/borrow something specifc!

The Megacentre meet is tomorrow! Grin We're planning to demo back carries with a woven wrap at 2.30 ish but we'll be there from 1.30pm to 4pm for any and all questions about carrying your babies and toddlers. And of course for the coffee and cake! Brew

Wow! It's a month already and we've had a few lovely meets inbetween, but it's time for another Sheffield Megacentre sling meet. We'll be there from 1.30pm on Tuesday 2nd October and Sheffield Sling Library will be with us for the first hour for dropping off and collecting and pre-arranged sling, carrier or wrap hires.

We had a lovely and really busy meet last time, with a fantastic mix of new and regular faces and littles one from teeny, squishy babies to pre schoolers who loved making use of the soft play!

And don't forget the cake! They sell lovely cake!

This week is International Babywearing Week :) And to round it all off we're having a Saturday Sling Meet in Sheffield City Centre. We'll be at the Showroom Cinema from 2pm-4pm, so come along to find out more about different slings and carriers and to join in with a free raffle and a "buy a ticket" raffle too! Both with lots of great prizes.
