me again! this time I'm after someone who can make me one (or more likely two) victoria sponges - I've looked online and found one I like (stickyfingers) and the price for their sponge is £15 ... pretty good, except they want a minimum order of £50 and I don't think I'll need 3. Any suggestions?

Lisa Knox's cakes are the most delicious I've ever eaten. Her carrot cake is my personal favourite, but her Victoria sponge is pretty gorgeous too. She made my wedding cake and now I buy cakes from her at the slightest excuse!
