If you are a group of mums who want to take some time out during the day, do something different, to get active, why not try Netball? It's a great way to socialise, have fun and get fit at the same time.

Alternatively, sessions can also include children if childcare is an issue - mums and kids Netball is appealing to many parents.

Minimal costs involved if sessions are arranged at local venues. Many schools allow parents to use their facilities free as longs as the children are not using them.

Let me know what you think. Please get in touch if you are interested - either via mumsnet or mobile: 07872407219. Email too if you prefer: [email protected]

I really want to get into netball but am not part of a group. If you have any other interest or form a group could you keep me informed? Much appreciated. Jade

Hi Jade, we have pay and play sessions at the Sobell centre in Hornsey Rd on Wednesdays from 7-9pm and on Thursdays: 5.30-6.30pm. Just come along, no need to book. Give me a call if you have any questions.

Elaine
