Family house or flat?

Hi, we are moving to Putney in two months and having difficulty finding a house to buy or let. Does anyone know of anything available end of Sept/early October, ideally a 4-bed house or flat (we have three kids)? We've registered with all the agents already but nothing much is on the market. Hi, it does have to be Putney due to primary school. Budget for rental is around £3000/month.

Foxtons have 4 properties to rent in Putney for under £3000. I can't link on my phone but there's one house - Lytton Grove £2895 and three flats - Manor Fields £2600, Putney Hill £2500 and Holmbush Road £2000. All are 4 bed properties.

Also, allinthepostcode.co.uk under SW15 have 2 properties, Ross Court £2350 and Oakhill Road £3500 (5 beds).
