I'm new to Mumsnet. But I have been looking on here at the frustrations people have had fitting part-time work around their other commitments. We basically are looking for exactly that person!
We run a small-medium sized digital agency in Clapham and want to find someone who held a senior digital creative position in an agency previously and now wants to do something more flexible for us: it would be very much along the lines of directing and mentoring other designers.
A couple of the directors here (myself included) have pre-school children and so we know how things go. But we also recognise that there must be some great talent out there that would be perfect for us.
I was hoping there would be a job board here or something - maybe there is and I'm just to dumb to see it. I've seen lots of messages about parents having frustrations with their workplaces not being sensitive to the fact that they have young children, but nothing where there are specific jobs for them. ;-)
So apologies if I've posted in the wrong place - and any help anyone can tie I'd be very grateful.
