Can you help broaden the search for Chris Brahney, missing after Stone Roses concert

There are a couple of other threads on this but make no apologies for starting another on the local forum.

22 year old Chris Brahney from Timperley has not been seen since the Stone Roses Concert at Heaton Park on Friday. More info on Facebook. If you are on FB please share and if you were at the concert or in the area after the concert on Friday, please visit the site or if you're not on FB there's information here

I can't start to think how awful this time is for his family and friends, please try to help if you can in some small way, even raising awareness so that anyone with any information might come forward.

I have put it on my FB page already, i am in Altrincham and there are posters everywhere. It is gut wrenching, it could be any of our sons out there. I hope to god he is safe Sad

and yes, that's the hard part, knowing it could be any of our sons. But tremendous amount of effort going one, someone somewhere must have a missing piece of information.

i was thinking that today, if (god forbid) the worst has happened then i hope that someone somewhere has a conscience.

i was in Alti town centre with my son today and it was so sad, the posters are literally everywhere. It is only right though. He works in the Green Room and i am convinced he served me a couple of months ago Sad

thanks to all for helping bump.

Latest from FB page not good news unfortunately:

"It is with great sadness that on behalf of the Brahney family I am writing to you all. The police will be issuing a formal statement soon regarding the body that was found in the Canal this morning. At this time we believe that it is Chris, however formal identification has still to take place.

The family would like to thank everyone for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers that you have sent our way. Thank you for all the support, it has given them immense strength and courage.

Please respect the family?s wishes and ensure that they are left alone during this difficult time."
