Pre school and maternity advice

Hello All

I am hopefully moving to WGC in a few weeks time, having lived here a few years back.

I am looking for some kind of pre-school/nursery/etc for my 2 and a half year old son. I am not working, but would like him to attend some kind of day care, probably in the mornings. Any ideas?

I am also pregnant and wondered if any one had a recent experience of the QE2 hospital. The previous comments have made me very nervous!

Any help and advice would be most welcome.

I am also looking to rent a 3 bed house if anyones knows of anything in the WGC area.

Pre schools Tenterfield in Welwyn village is outstanding and worth driving too Footsteps is good. Squirrels is also good The barn per school in hand side lane is good.
I had both mine at the with no problems. but I understand maternity has now moved to the lister in Stevenage. A few friends recently had babies there and we're very happy.
