A word of warning about Time Twisters soft play

Just wanted to make you aware of a situation I encountered today. Time twisters advertise 3 toddler times on their website. The way it is worded makes it sound as though these times are just for toddlers.

For example: " SPECIAL OFFERS
Toddler Time Sessions (for kids age 4 & under):
Every Wednesday and Thursday Morning (during Term-Time) from 9.30am until 12.30pm
NEW Tuesday AFTERNOON for 12pm until 3pm NEW
All "Toddler Time" sessions ONLY £3 for the WHOLE SESSION!

After School Special
Every Day (Monday to Thursday) after school 3.45pm until closing - up to the whole 2 hours for ONLY £3.95

AND

"Our Toddler Time Sessions are a great way for your little one to play and have fun with other kids of the same age. In our baby and toddler area the little ones can build their confidence and develop their skills in a safe and secure environment.

As they get a bit older and grow in confidence they can begin to explore the large play structure safe in the knowledge that the older kids are at school.

Toddler Time is also a great time to get together with other parents of younger children or meet up with existing friends to share a great coffee and get a freshly prepared meal from our award-winning kitchen.

And even better, Toddler Time sessions are the lowest cost way to enjoy a session at TimeTwisters, and as always - babies under 12 months and adults are FREE"

I assumed from the wording these times were just for the little uns however on arrival today a busload of 10 year olds arrived and all of the confused looking parents were told that their toddler session was open to anyone of any age????Alot of people left. The attitude of the staff there was disgusting. So if you do go, be aware the toddler sessions are not just for toddlers.

I have to concur with the views above regarding the staff at time twisters. My god - they are so incredibly rude. My impression is that they are young girls who have no experience of children.

After my toddler got his fingers trapped painfully in a door that was left ajar in the main play area, I questioned why the door didn't shut properly. I was told that that they made it like that so the staff can get in and out of it while carrying boxes (i.e. for their convenience) and (infuriatingly) "you're supposed to look after your children. No child has ever touched this door before" (HA! It's right next to the babies play pit, FFS. Of course they have!)

Someone should also tell them that orange fake tan looks shit. Loathesome Jordan wannabes...

I will not be going back there again.

Has anyone complained directly to Shirley the owner?

I have emailed them at their feedback@timetwisters address but have not yet had a reply.
