Hi All, just wanted to share I went to a fab exercise class especially for pregnant women. It was at Bramcote Leisure Centre. 5-5.45 pm on Tuesday's. Only cost £3 as well, pay as you go, much cheaper than anything else I have seen. A bit of light cardio, Toning weight, Swiss ball, Toning, stretching. Loved it. It's funded by Broxtowe Sport but if not enough interest funding won't be renewed, so if anyone is interested call Broxtowe Sport on 0115 917 3572 and have a chat with Melissa and book a place.
