Yarns, needles, etc. I use Cocoon in Hove but can't find anywhere else that sells a decent variety of yarns (if any at all!)

C&H fabrics in Western Road, on the same stretch as Primark/Argos/Topshop etc but I can't remember which shops it's actually next to. They have a good range.
The only other one I can think of (now Fabric shop in Boundary Road has gone) is The Dropped Stitch in Portslade. The lady in there is very helpful if you need advice, as long as you don't mind having your ears talked off! (allow at least 20 mins per visit Grin).

There is a knitting shop in Shoreham near St Mary's Church if you ever get over that way and you want to spend a fortune more expensive yarns, but C&H has a bit of everything anyway. Smile

Thanks Pixel, I think I know exactly what shop you're talking about actually. I've walked past it a hundred or so times Blush

I'll bug DP about a trip to Shoreham then, wouldn't mind treating myself a bit!
