Hi, I moved to Chard nearly 2 years ago but as I work full time in Taunton I've not had the opportunity to meet any local mums. I have an 8 year old son and a 14 year old step-son. Unfortunately both boys have to attend school outside of Chard (only way we could make school-runs manageable) so I've no way of getting to know other mums - short of accosting strangers in Tesco, which seems a little unfair on innocent mums going about their weekend shops! It would be great to meet some local mums for cake/coffee/gossip/playdates at weekends and school holidays. Look forward to hearing from you!
