The Friends School Saffron Walden

Does anyone have any experience or opinions about this school?
Thinking of starting DS there.

Know a teacher who works there. She thinks very highly of it and says it's a lovely school with a great atmosphere.

I know two kids who go there. One has adored it throughout and has blossomed, the other seems far less keen. I think in the second case it's the small size, meaning that friendship bust-ups loom quite large.

Two of my friends sent their DCs there and weren't happy about the standard of some of the teaching - maths in particular. They and apparently other parents ended up organising extra coaching.

I don't know if its still like that there.
